Every project
started again.
Across years of GIS work, the industries and clients changed, but the process kept repeating: find the data, clean it, validate it, design the analysis, run the tools, revise the result, and prepare it again for the decision-maker. Even when the next problem looked familiar, the work often started again.
That repetition raised a bigger question: if the method is proven, why should the knowledge disappear into project files, individual memory, and disconnected tools when the project ends?
The project may finish. The capability should not disappear with it.
